Cancellations will be accepted without charge up to 7th October 2016. Any cancellations made after this date will still be liable for the full Forum fee. Delegates who do not attend on the day of the event will still be liable in full for the attendance fee without exception. Amendments to your booking will be accepted up until the 7th October 2016.
In all instances of cancellations or amendments, these must be made in writing to -email@example.com
Alterations to programme
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the event organisers to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, or the venue. Every effort will be made to keep delegates informed. The event organisers cannot be held responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred should the event be postponed, cancelled or significantly amended
Delegates should advise of any special access requirements at the time of registration. The organisers will endeavour to facilitate these requirements.
For promotional purposes, there will be a professional photographer during the event. Delegates who do not wish to be photographed should advise the organisers prior to the event.
The contact details of registered delegates will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to all attendees for the purpose of networking and meetings. Delegates who do not wish to be included in this list should advise the event organisers.
Views expressed by speakers are their own. The NCTA cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed by any speaker at the event or in any material provided to delegates.
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the event. NCTA cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.
